My name is Scott Sullivan, I would like to welcome you to every316.com and BringThemHome.Live, a ministry of God to end homelessness in America through Faith, Love and Repentance.

We can end homelessness if we work together. But we can never end it the way that things work now. We waste 90% of our resources on layers of government and not-for-profit bureaucracy; all while the corruption of our health care, insurance and litigation industries are creating more homeless people than our charitable and welfare systems can save.

God has a better plan, but...

it is an Exodus level miracle, and a Passover sign ... a sign of repentance intended for the Seventh-Day Adventist Church and for the larger "Remnant Church" in America.

But they refused this calling, and rather, told me to do it myself. If I am a prophet, then I would not need the church.

But what God needs to end homelessness in America is just a few million people with $100 each; and they could accomplish in one day what America has never accomplished before, a disaster-response style unification of God's Remnant Church with His lost Sheep.

God told us that a good shepherd would leave the flock of 99 to go find the one. But the American Church is a flock of over 100 million without enough good shepherds to go out and rescue God's 1 million lost sheep.

We forgot who we are. The Remnant Church doing God's will could end homelessness in America virtually overnight.

But we forgot that we are our brothers' keepers.

We forgot that we are to be good neighbors, especially to those that we find on the side of the road.

And our pastors forgot that they are supposed to be the good shepherds who go out to find God's lost sheep, where-ever they may be found.

But we were called to be more. We were chosen to be shepherds, and our brothers' souls to keep.

It isn't just about saving the homeless, which the church should be doing anyway. It is about showing the world that the American Remnant Church can still perform an Exodus level miracle when God's will needs our obedience to get something done.

When Moses led Israel out of bondage in Egypt, it could not have happened unless millions were willing to give up everything and follow God in faith.

The end of homelessness in America is a much lesser leap of faith than that.

The Remnant Church of America has more than enough money, we have building materials and builders by the millions. We have hospitals, doctors, nurses and mental health providers. We have schools with gymnasiums and dormitories. We even have hotels and homes.

Our storehouses are full. Now God is testing us in this.

I'm trying to rearrange the site for better phone viewing, and to create a journey for the reader as well.

Please keep coming back as I update things daily and I really do need a lot of help, because this mission is real.

My prophetic mission began when I was given a prophecy of rebuke and a call to repentance to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, to AdventHealth, and to various people within the insurance and litigation industries. But this was not just a prophecy of warning and rebuke, but also a call to confession and repentance and an offer of Grace.

"Bring Them Home" were the three words that God spoke to me on March 16th, 2016.

But the ministry of God does not end just because those to whom He wants us to minister do not respond in the way that we want them to. So long as they are still alive, there is always the hope that they can be saved.

And in the process, that we can save thousands of innocent lives every year by bringing about confession, repentance and an acceptance of grace from the millions of people working in our health care, insurance and justice industries in America.

Their rejection of God's rebuke is what brought me here, to create every316.com and BringThemHome.Live.

These websites exist for two related prophetic missions: First, the ongoing educational ministry of every316.com; and second, the ministry to end homelessness in America as both a miracle and as a sign of repentance for America and The Remnant Church.

We, the American people and the American church, should never have let homelessness happen in the first place. Our storehouses are full, though we have not been faithful. And even though we filled our storehouses on our own, without God's assistance (or so we may have thought), we did not do the right thing and love our homeless neighbors.

So that is why God has called us all here today, to get through this crazy thing called life, together.

What is a RAM?

"Ram is the name given to a male sheep,"

It dawned on me today as I was driving my Dodge Ram that a lot of people don't really thing about what those horns on the front of that truck represent.

We know that a Ram is a powerful beast with daunting curved horns that could crush your skull with a single head butt.

But what we forget are that Rams are sheep. Yes...those sheep. Rams are the males with the horns, so when you read about a ram with its horns stuck in the thicket, remember...that is a sheep. And not any ordinary sheep, I would tell you, but the original lamb of God. What other ram would be worthy as a substitute for Isaac who was willing to lay down his own life.

Again, we forget...Isaac was not a baby or even a child when Abraham was asked to sacrifice him. While interpretations vary, suffice it to say that Isaac was at least old enough to run away. But he did not.

We often think of Jesus as "The Lamb of God." But we almost never think of him as The Ram of God.

Sometimes, people just can't help themselves...

For some of the homeless people that you meet, it might be their first night on the streets.

For others, it might be their first week.

Some are still in their first month, and it's getting rough. Some are still in their first year, and they're starting to accept that this might be it for the rest of their lives.

But everyone needs different levels of help.

"Oh, but we can't help the drug addict who doesn't want to get a job, so why bother trying?"

Because we're not all drug addicts who don't want to get a job. Every one of us has a different story, a different journet, "A Different Way" how they got there.

Some of us need to hit rock bottom before we find a firm foundation.

Some of us get kicked down so many times that we just can't keep getting back up again. One step forward and two steps back makes Scotty a very vulnerable man. And the kicking just never stops.

But I've met many homeless people; and many more on the edge. Every one has a different story. And a little hand up could be all it takes to save a family of four from the streets, just long enough for them to regain their own footing, with to stand on their own eight feet.

With four people per homeless person assisting, that is sixteen people available with $1600 financial assistance and whatever else they might need: food, clothing, shelter, childcare, medical and mental health resources.

We, The Church, we owe it to the least of these. We let this happen when we became lukewarm to their needs and crossed the road to avoid them.

With Faith, Love and Repentance we can earn their trust again, let the healing begin, and fulfill God's eternal promise on Earth...that we will Bring Them Home.
